Iodine indicates the presence of starch. Take a small sample of the wort and add a drop of iodine solution. If the mixture turns blue, there is starch left in the wort and you should continue to mash so that the remaining starch is converted to sugar. Serving lid for Cornelius kegs, this custom made lid has a stainless steel ball coupling on the outside, and a stainless steel 7.9mm tube on the inside where you can attach a standard silicone hose for the float.
