This blow gun is easy to use to replace the air in fermenters, kegs or bottles with CO2 before they need to be refilled. Carbon dioxide is heavier than oxygen, which means that the oxygen is displaced and the risk of oxidation of the beer is reduced. The blowgun fits directly onto a 425g SodaStream-type carbonation cartridge without an additional adapter. Press the trigger to blow CO2 from the carbonation tube. Fits 3/8" hose. It can also be used instead of a regulator in a draft beer plant. The gun has a safety valve that triggers at 1 bar. This is a good serving pressure for most types of beer. When the safety valve beeps, you know that the pressure in the barrel is 1 bar.Please note that the gas tube, hose and barrel coupling are not included.

Bramling Cross is a rather rare breed and is mostly available in the UK. First harvested in 1927 at Wye College its lineage is a cross between Golding and a wild Manitoban (Canadian) hop. It is considered well suited to cask conditioned recipes as well as Christmas and fruit beers.Perhaps Brew Dog Brewery says it best when they speak of Bramling Cross as being “elegant, refined, assured, (boring) and understated”. They suggest people often don’t use enough of Bramling Cross to let its true flavors and eccentricities shine.When used in large quantities the fruity element in Bramling Cross springs to life. This use exhibits complex fruity notes of lemon, blackcurrant and pear, particularly when used as a late addition. Crystal is woodsy, green, floral and fruity with herb and spice notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. Extremely versatile, it’s even used for its notable aromatic qualities in IPAs and Bitters despite its low alpha acid content.First bred in 1983, it has an interesting lineage with roots extending back to Hallertau, Cascade, Brewer’s Gold and Early Green. Most ™ is a Czech hop variety from Charles Faram's development program in the Czech Republic, daughter of the English varieties Jester and Olicana which also derives from the development program. Aroma: Strawberries, bubble gum, tropical fruit, citrus.With its high myrcene and farnecene content, Most ™ is an interesting alternative to the most aromatic American hop varieties.Charles Faram has development cultivations in the USA, England, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland and Most won the World series, ie it was the variety that was voted as the most interesting new variety from the various development programs world wide in 2020.
