California Common Lager 5%. An American California Common (Steam beer) with lager yeast and classic Northern Brewer hops. Dry Hopping gives lovely aroma (Optional). The Recipe Kit gives 10L beer (ca 28pcs 33cl) at 5% ABV.

Simcoe is best characterized as having a pronounced pine or woodsy aroma with bright citrus flavors (blood orange) with earthy undertones, aromas of grapefruit and herbs. With a high alpha percentage and low cohumulone, it makes a very nice foundational bittering hop. East Kent Pale Ale (ESB)

Gas Manifold - CO2 Manifold 5-Way 1/4" Barb - can be used to connect several kegs to a CO2 cylinder. You learn how to brew great beer from scratch with real malt, hops, yeast and water. The recipe kit is 20 liters and gives about 56 bottles/cans 33cl of beer.   East Coast IPA 6.5% A hazy, fruity IPA with low bitterness and lovely flavor of citrus and tropical fruits from the Citra and Mosaic hops. The beer is heavily Dry Hopped with 10g/L for amazing aroma.
