Brew Great Beer at HomeThis recipe kit is designed for those who already own a brewing kit or other brewing equipment. You will learn how to brew excellent beer from scratch using real malt, hops, yeast, and water. The kit is designed for a 10-liter batch, yielding approximately 25–30 bottles (33 cl each). Winter Season Ale 5%An amber-colored winter ale with a malty flavor and delightful hop aromas. The beer is dry-hopped for an exceptionally fine bouquet. The recipe kit includes:- Malt (crushed): Pale Ale, Munich, Crystal- EBC: 20- Hops: Fuggle- Dry-hopping: Yes- Yeast: American Ale- Fining agent: Protafloc- Bottle caps: Black- Lactic acid for pH adjustment- InstructionsContains barley malt. How long does it take?The brewing process itself takes 3–4 hours. The beer then ferments for 2 weeks, after which it is bottled and left to bottle-condition for another 1–2 weeks. In total, it takes 4 weeks—then the beer is ready to enjoy! What do I need to have at home?A 10L homebrewing kit (or equivalent), a 10–15 liter pot, a 5-liter pot, a stirring spoon, a strainer/colander, a measuring cup (deciliter scale), sugar, and empty brown beer bottles.
