Australian Astra's first commercial harvest was in 2016, Astra is the newest graduate from the Ellerslie Hop breeding program. A dual purpose hop, Astra is already turning heads with her sweet tropical fruit flavours and New World characteristics.

Flavour profiles with Green Melon, White Peaches, White Wine and a light grassiness, grapefruit and honey, the hop balances out nicely between a sweetness with a little bit of a bite.
